• We ship orders within the estimated timeframe mentioned on our website.

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

• Refunds are only issued for plants damaged in transit if reported within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).

• We do not accept returns for healthy plants due to the delicate nature of live products.

• Non-plant items can be returned within 7 days in unused condition.

• We provide basic plant care instructions, but plant survival depends on customer care and environment.

• We are not liable for plant health after 48 hours of delivery.

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

• TinyCactii is not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues arising from improper plant care after delivery
